The United Benefice comprises three parishes which serve the eastern end of Herne Bay - the areas of Beltinge, Bishopstone, Hillborough and Reculver, which lie on the north Kent coast, as well as the village of Hoath which is just a couple of miles inland.

Hoath is a small village, with a spread of housing throughout the surrounding countryside.

The other two parishes are largely residential areas, with Edwardian houses nearer Herne Bay, and more modern developments nearer Hillborough.

Our Mission statement explains what we believe we are about…

“To know Jesus, and to make him known in this area.”

We serve somewhere in the region of 14,000 people.
